Our Cottage is Pet Friendly!
No Extra Charge for Pets!
We love dogs and cats, and we are willing to accept them as part of your family. We also realize that the cost of boarding your pet can be expensive. For this reason we are willing to consider renting to families with pets.
We do charge a "refundable" pet/damage deposit in addition to the regular security/damage deposit.
We also want to make sure that you realize that the fun and time on the lake can leave long periods of time away from the cottage that your pet may feel neglected. If you are confident in your pet's ability to adapt to the circumstances of being at the cottage without incident, then we are willing to allow a pet with pre-approval.
We ask that the presence of your pet be disclosed in advance and for an additional amount be added to the security deposit. Any guest found to have a pet without disclosing it in advance will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Please NO PETS on Furniture or Beds. We would appreciate it if you vaccuum if your pet sheds excessively.
Waste must be picked up immediately.
We reserve the right to allow/disallow any guest without giving a reason.
If an issue were to happen, please notify us immediately so that we may take action to correct it before the next guest's arrival.
