We Rent Saturday - Saturday during Peak Season.
Weekly Rates Start at $1,250.00 per week.
The July 4th Week (Sat. 6/30-Sat. 7/7) is $1,750.00. A refundable Rental Deposit of $250/wk is Required to Hold Reservation.
A refundable Security Deposit of $250/wk is Required. It will be refunded in full after your stay, provided no unnecessary damage(s).
A refundable Pet Deposit of $250 will be required for Pet(s).
Accidents happen -they are not a big deal. Please notify us of any accidents or issue immediately. If we are not surprised by what we find upon checkout and we can take immediate action to fix something before the next guests arrive - We are all better off.

Off Peak Weekly Rates Start at $1000.00 per week
All Rentals Start at $750.00 Regardless of Duration of Stay.
We ask that you leave the cottage "broom clean" upon checkout.
